Retailer Agreement

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: You must place your first order within the first month of signing up and needs to be $250+ (wholesale), or your wholesale rights will be revoked. You will need to place an order of $250+ (wholesale) minimum quarterly per year in orders to stay active.

BUSINESS INFORMATION: In order for you to purchase Carts & Millie products at wholesale, we will require an uploaded extract copy of your ABN. This can be obtained through, and proof of booth space/shop space (bricks and mortar store) or online store / website with a cart facility.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs will be invoiced to the retailer once the costs of shipping have been realised. Shipping cost invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue. No further orders will be allowed until invoice is paid in full. Allow at least 10 business days for your order to be packed, you will be advised once your order has shipped. 

PRICING: Wholesale pricing is 45 percent off of the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). RRP will be listed on the website. All prices are listed in AU dollars. 

ORDER ISSUES: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Tarnya at within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments and include photos. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETAILER CONDUCT: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL Carts & Millie Products ON ETSY, AMAZON, EBAY, OR ANY LIKE PLATFORM. If you have them on any of these platforms you will no longer be a Carts & Millie retailer. Retailers will be approved by Carts & Millie based on location, proof of ABN and bricks and mortar store. Should there be a retailer in a 20 kilometre radius, your application will not be approved. We will accept applications within these rules at a first come, first serve basis.
