Shipping, Returns & Payments
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, Sendle or other private couriers from our headquarters in South-East Queensland.
We also ship to the US, UK and NZ. Any customs taxes or fees within these countries will need to be paid by the customer. Any delays due to weather and postal carriers is out of our control.

Although we take great care to carefully package your orders they are not insured, and we hold no legal responsibility got lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched. If your order is delivered damaged, please contact Carts and Millie at email@example.com
Free shipping on all orders throughout Australia only (for all orders $60 and over)
Orders may take up to five business days to be dispatched, and we do our best to ship your orders out as fast as we can.
As a family business, we pride ourselves as being able to provide artisan, hand made products right here in our Queensland home. This means it may take a little longer post your order if it isn't already on the shelf - we get to make and bottle it just for you!
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Klarna (buy now and pay later) and Paypal. All transactions are secure and encrypted within Shopify's payment portal and/or external payment gateways, just select your preferred method during checkout.
