Refund policy
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, Sendle or other private couriers.
We also ship to the US, UK and NZ using Australia Post. For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any customs tax within their country.
Returns
If your order is delivered damaged, please contact Carts & Millie at tarnya@cartsandmillie.com. We will require photographic evidence of any damages to packaging and products in order to replace them. We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
Refunds
A refund will only be processed if the item(s) are delivered damaged or faulty. Contact Tarnya via email tarnya@cartsandmillie.com with photographic evidence of the damage or fault with the item and a return of the products and a refund can be processed immediately.
Postage
For orders below $30, postage is a flat rate $14.00, orders above $30 are shipped free.
Handling
As a family business, we pride ourselves as being able to provide artisan, hand made products right here in our Queensland home. This means it may take a little longer to post your order if it isn't already on the shelf - we get to make and bottle it just for you!
