Please note that due to COVID-19 there is a delay on processing orders due to factory shutdowns, and availability of stock and supplies. All endeavours will be made to get orders shipped as soon as stock is available. For items currently out of stock, please email us for an estimate of when we may have the items available again.

Shipping, Returns & Payments

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, Sendle or other private couriers from our headquarters in South-East Queensland. 

We also ship to the US, UK and NZ. Any customs taxes or fees within these countries will need to be paid by the customer. Any delays due to weather and postal carriers is out of our control.

Returns

Although we take great care to carefully package your orders they are not insured, and we hold no legal responsibility got lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched. If your order is delivered damaged, please contact Carts and Millie at tarnya@cartsandmillie.com

Postage 

For orders below $100, postage is a flat rate $13.50, orders above $100 are shipped free within Australia.

Handling

Orders may take up to five business days to be dispatched, and we do our best to ship your orders out as fast as we can.

As a family business, we pride ourselves as being able to provide artisan, hand made products right here in our Queensland home. This means it may take a little longer post your order if it isn't already on the shelf - we get to make and bottle it just for you! 

Payments

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Afterpay and Paypal. All transactions are secure and encrypted within Shopify's payment portal and/or external payment gateways, just select your preferred method during checkout.
